Welcome to the ExonHit Splicing Analysis Workbench and MicroArray Generator. The main objective of this portal is to provide researchers with a newly developed resource to investigate the complete human transcriptome giving researchers the ability to investigate the impact of alternative splicing on any individual gene, and generate a microarray based on the alternative splicing events that occur within the transcripts of interest.

ExonHit has leveraged its expertise in alternative splicing to identify potential alternatively spliced events in genes and design oligonucleotide probes that monitor each event and has created a catalog of alternative splice events for every gene. This information has been used to assemble a database that contains all the information required to build a custom microarray. A description of the SpliceArray platform technology is available here.
